Tests Indicate a Presence of Pentobarbital in Cocolicious Canned Dog Food
Phydeaux is pulling select Cocolicious dog food formulas from our shelves after we received an independent report from our supplier that traces of Pentobarbital were found in the meat. These cans are Beef/Turkey and Chicken/Beef 13oz cans. Phydeaux found out about these results today, 4/18/17, and we have decided to take immediate precautionary action. At this time the FDA has not publicized an official investigation. We are actively looking into the matter and awaiting any further federal tests, and will keep our customers updated as soon as we find out anything more concrete. Please feel free to return any cans you have of these formulas to our stores for a complete refund, exchange, or store credit.
